AI Kairos provides digital educational products and downloadable resources. Unless a product page clearly says otherwise, products are delivered electronically.
AI Kairos products are digital downloads. No physical item will be shipped. There are no shipping charges, mailed packages, or physical delivery timelines for digital products.
After purchase, customers receive access to their files through the checkout platform or through a download link, depending on the product listing.
Most digital products are available immediately after successful payment. If files do not appear right away, allow a few minutes and check the inbox, spam folder, promotions folder, or account dashboard for the checkout platform used.
Product pages list file formats when relevant. AI Kairos digital resources may include PDF, ZIP, PNG, JPG, PPTX, DOCX, or other standard educational file formats.
Customers are responsible for entering the correct email address at checkout and for using a device that can open standard digital file formats.
If you do not receive your files or cannot access a download, email heather@aikairos.org with your full name, order confirmation or receipt, product name, and a short description of the issue.
