AI Kairos currently sells digital educational resources. This page explains how shipping works for digital products.
AI Kairos products are digital downloads unless a product page clearly says otherwise. No physical item will be shipped.
Because digital products are delivered electronically, there are no shipping charges, mailed packages, tracking numbers, or physical delivery timelines.
After purchase, customers receive access through the checkout platform, a download page, or a confirmation email. Most digital products are available immediately after successful payment.
If you purchased a product and cannot access your files, email heather@aikairos.org with your order information and product name.
